Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer to the Secretariat.
Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment, all other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Cancellation Policy for Registration:
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before Jan. 10, 2018- 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from Jan. 11, 2018 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after March 16, 2018

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The 12th World Congress on Controversies in Neurology (CONy) will take place in Warsaw, Poland on March 22-25, 2018. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
