E-Poster Information

The CONy Scientific Committee will be accepting abstract submissions this year in Berlin for E-poster presentation only. E-Posters are a modern, attractive and innovative way to display your research. E-posters are similar to traditional paper posters, but are displayed on-site on a digital screen, and will be available to view from the CONy website based on your approval. We believe that E-posters increase poster visibility during and after CONy, providing another highly effective platform for promoting continuous education and extending the meeting lifecycle with options to share, comment and even raise questions to the authors. We recommend adding your email address to your E-poster to allow those interested to contact you. Timeline: All abstract submissions are reviewed by the Scientific Committee following the March 15th Submission Deadline. Authors who are accepted to present during CONy Berlin will be notified via email that their abstract has been tentatively accepted pending completion of the registration and payment process to the Congress. The registration and payment process must be completed in full by March 20th. After March 25th all registered authors will receive instructions to prepare and send their E-Posters for CONy Berlin via email. -Authors will receive a username and password to access the E-Poster upload system -Technical support will be provided for authors needing any assistance when uploading their E-Posters |
