Lunches
Lunch will be served for participants of the Congress in the Exhibition Area on Friday, April 12, 13:00-14:00 and Saturday, April 13, 13:30-14:30.

Please be sure to come to the Registration Desk to collect your personal badge!
Speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation, no later than 3 hours prior to the session in which they are scheduled.

E-poster format:
E-posters will be available for viewing via plasma screens on-site over the 2 main days of the Congress (Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13).
"E-poster sessions" have also been scheduled according to topic categories from 07:00-08:15 each morning on Friday and Saturday:

Traditional posters will be displayed in a designated "Poster Area" over the 2 main days of the Congress (Friday, April 12 and Saturday, April 13).
Posters should be mounted between 08:00-08:30 on Friday, April 12.
Posters must be removed by the end of the day on Saturday, April 13, no later than 18:30.

Some participants may require a visa in order to enter Turkey. Please check with your local Turkish Consulate or Embassy.
