Requirements
The poster board is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (see image below).
On the top please indicate the title and author’s name as stated in the submitted abstract.
The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet).
Posters are to be mounted on Thursday, September 6, 2007 from 12:00. Posters should be dismantled on Saturday, September 8, 2007 after 18:00 and will be the responsibility of the presenters. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed in time.
Time of Presentation
Poster presenters are kindly asked to be beside their posters during coffee breaks as follows: Group 1 – Friday, September 7, 2007. Group 2 – Saturday, September 8, 2007. Please check the list below for your board number and group.
